Placing an Order
Q. How do I place an order on your site?
Shopping is made easy on Youralmaari.com. Customers have the option to choose from shopping by Product Category or Designer:

Simply select the category you wish to shop in. 

  1. Alternatively select the search icon on the top right hand corner if you know the exact product you are after.
  2. Apply the filters on the left-hand side to refine your search. You can refine by Product, Colour and even Designer.
  3. Select the product you wish to purchase. On the product page you again will have the option to select size.
  4. Select “Add to cart”.
  5. Select “Checkout”
  6. Complete the order details and select “Complete Order”
Q. Do I need an account to place an order?

All customers can checkout as a guest. We recommend creating an account to fully benefit from all of the following services:

*Track your orders and review your past purchases
*Save your card and delivery details to benefit from a speedier future checkout

Q. Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Once an order has been dispatched you cannot cancel or make changes to your order. However, if you have not received an order dispatch email, then please contact our Customer Services asap on customerservices@youralmaari.com.

Q.I’d like to purchase a brand that isn’t available on youralmaari.com. What should I do?
We love to hear feedback from our customers, that’s how we improve. If you’d like to see a brand on our platform that isn’t currently available, please share this feedback on customerservices@youralmaari.com

    Yes! We take all security concerns seriously and work with top security and payment providers.

    Your Account and Orders

    Q. I’ve forgotten my password. How do I log in?
    To re-set your password, follow the 'Forgot my Password’ instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email
     

    Q. How can I track my orders?
    Once your order is confirmed, we will dispatch it same day. All orders are dispatched via tracked delivery methods. The tracking number is sent to the customer once the order has been dispatched. All UK orders placed before 11:30am will receive their parcels next day. Orders placed after 11:30am take 2 working days. Orders placed outside of the UK typically take 3-5 business days.

    Shipping and Returns

    Q. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes we do! Currently we ship to mainline UK areas as well as worldwide!

    Q. How do I return my order?
    All customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving their order. Please ensure all relevant tags are in place and the items remain unworn. 

    Simply email our customer services at customerservices@youralmaari.com with your full name, order number and reason for returning. You will receive a response within 24 hours confirming the refund request has been received. Then return your parcel in the mailer bag it came in. Each parcel comes in a re-sealable bag. Unfortunately we do not currently offer free returns. We advise our customers to send their returns via recorded delivery as we cannot be held liable for any parcels that do not reach us.

    Q. When will I receive my refund?

    Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will normally appear within 10 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider.
